Employees of Delta Air Lines, its advertisers, and their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies and members of their immediate families of any of the foregoing are not eligible. Enter online by visiting flyasa.com or ecityoftravel.com or enter in writing by sending a 4"x6" postcard to Delta Connection Grand Bahama Island Sweepstakes, Department A739, 100 Hartsfield Centre Parkway, Suite 800, Atlanta, GA 30354-1356. Include your name, address, daytime telephone number, street address, city, state and zip code. Limit one entry per household. 2. Prizes: One grand prize will be awarded, which includes round-trip coach-airfare for two people on Delta or Delta Connection from an airport served by Delta or Delta Connection nearest winner's home to Grand Bahama Island, Bahamas, together with four nights' accommodations at The Westin and Sheraton at Our Lucaya Beach and Golf Resort; dinner for two at both Iries Restaurant and Ferry House; breakfast at Willy Broadleaf; a five-day Avis car rental (recipient must be 25 years or older); and a Dolphin Encounter for two from UNEXSO. Certificates will be issued to the winner by name and are non-transferable. No portion of the certificate is redeemable for cash, no substitutions apply. Reservations are based on availability. Transportation is on Delta or Delta Connection carriers Atlantic Coast Airlines (ACA), Atlantic Southeast Airlines (ASA), Comair, Chautauqua Airlines or SkyWest Airlines. Note that package may vary due to time of travel/schedules, and depending upon dates of travel chosen by winner, some elements of prize may be unavailable. Approximate retail value of prize package is $2,653.00 USD. 3. Dates and Drawing: The promotion begins at 12:01 a.m. on Sept. 2, 2003 and ends at 11:59 p.m. on Nov. 2, 2003. All times are Eastern Time. To be eligible for the drawing, entries based on mail-in requests must be postmarked by Nov. 2, 2003, and received by Nov. 18, 2003. A random drawing of eligible entries received will be held on or about Nov. 18, 2003, to determine the winner of the prizes. Odds of winning depend on number of entries received. All entries become property of Delta and will not be acknowledged or returned. 4. Conditions: Delta is not responsible for telephone failures of any kind or entries that are stolen, misdirected, incomplete, garbled, lost, late, damaged, ineligible or postage due. In the event this sweepstakes is compromised in any way beyond the control of Delta, Delta reserves the right to withdraw prize and cancel promotion. 5. Notification: Winner will be notified by U.S. mail within 10 days of drawing and will be required to complete and return an eligibility affidavit/liability release, which must be signed by the winner and returned to the designated address within 14 days of the notification attempt or an alternate winner will be selected in a random drawing from the pool of eligible entries. If any prize notification is returned as undeliverable, prize will be awarded to an alternate winner from pool of eligible entries. No substitution of prizes permitted except by Delta, in which case prize of equal or greater value will be awarded. Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash. All taxes on prizes, including income taxes and any incidental expenses associated with collection or use of the prize are responsibility of the winner. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission (except where prohibited by law) to use winner's name, city, state, likeness and/or voice for purposes of advertising, promotion and publicity without additional compensation or notice. 6.
