Prizes: One grand prize will be awarded, which includes round-trip coach-airfare for two people on Spirit Airlines from an airport served by Spirit or nearest winner's home to Orlando , Fla., together with three nights’ accommodations in a one-bedroom suite at The Renaissance Orlando Resort at SeaWorld for two adults including a Champagne Welcome and a choice between dinner for two in the award-winning, Atlantis restaurant or Champagne Sunday Brunch for two. Winner also will receive a complimentary four-day mid-size car rental from Hertz, the winner will also find that essential "luxuries" for soaking up the sunshine from a gift basket of skin-care products from Neutrogena and sun eyewear from Ocean Pacific by ClearVision Optical. Travel certificates will be issued to the winner by name and are non-transferable. No portion of the certificates is redeemable for cash; no substitutions apply. Air reservations are based on availability. Transportation is on Spirit Airlines and valid between June 28, 2005 and June 28, 2006. Note that air package may vary due to time of travel/schedules, and depending upon dates of travel chosen by winner, some elements of prize may be unavailable. 3. Dates and Drawing: The promotion begins at 12:01 a.m. on April 1, 2005, and ends at 11:59 p.m. on June 8, 2005. All times are Eastern Time. To be eligible for the drawing, entries based on mail-in requests must be postmarked by June 2, 2005, and received by June 12, 2005. A random drawing of eligible entries received will be held on or about June 27, 2005, to determine the winner of the prizes. Odds of winning depend on number of entries received. All entries become property of sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned.

In the event this sweepstakes is compromised in any way beyond the control of sponsors, sponsors reserves the right to withdraw prize and cancel promotion.

5. Notification: Winner will be notified by U.S. mail within 10 days of drawing and will be required to complete and return an eligibility affidavit/liability release to the sponsors, which must be signed by the winner and returned to the designated address within 14 days of the notification attempt or an alternate winner will be selected in a random drawing from the pool of eligible entries. If any prize notification is returned as undeliverable, prize will be awarded to an alternate winner from pool of eligible entries. No substitution of prizes permitted except by sponsor, in which case prize of equal or greater value will be awarded. Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash. All taxes on prizes, including income taxes and any incidental expenses associated with collection or use of the prize are responsibility of the winner.
